Last Saturday was her birthday, and we wish her the very best in everything, including weightlifting!

She is one of our most consistent and dedicated weightlifters, and most recently went up to a heavy 112kg front squat double and 105kg triple.

Congratulations to everyone who made a PR or achieved a long-awaited milestone this month. We’re proud to work with every single one of you and delight in your accomplishments.

Today we celebrate not only our recent PR’s, but everyone who is currently working hard to achieve their goals, whether it be in weightlifting, strength, or nutrition.

Keep being consistent! Results don’t happen overnight, especially in our sport, and the time you put into working will translate into results you’ll soon feel proud of.

Today we want to highlight one of our coaches and an amazing athlete - Coach Ana!

After spending some time recovering from an achilles injury, she’s squatting heavy weights and is steadily improving her Olympic lifts.

Don’t give up if you are injured! Keep showing up and working on what you can, and before you know it you’ll be surpassing yourself and getting stronger just like Ana.
