Tip:
Generally, workouts should be low-volume, high-intensity (low reps and heavy loads) to preserve performance without excess soreness and fatigue. Maximum intent is key, the goal is to move the weight with high velocity (speed). Even if the weight is heavy, you must intend to move it fast.
