It takes a village, and our village is unmatched. 🥹❤️

​Saturday night took a terrifying turn when Kannan began showing signs of severe colic. Thanks to the fast response from Dr. Adams, Dr. Martin, and the incredible team at New Bolton Center, Kannan, is officially back home with a positive outlook! 🥳🐎

​A recovery like this doesn’t happen without an amazing support system. Over the last 68 hours, so many people stepped up to keep things running, allowing me to focus entirely on him:

✨ Huge thanks to for leaving dinner to hold down the fort with the dogs so I could stay with Kannan.
✨ Endless thanks to & Maisie for keeping the rest of the barn happy and cared for on Sunday.

Today, we competed at Fair Hill Starter Horse Trials! 🐎✨

​Angela and Kannan finished on their dressage score, securing a fantastic 5th place!

​Eloise and Little Debbie had a minor peek at one of the cross-country fences, adding jumping faults to their score. They persevered and finished strong to land in 7th place!

​I am incredibly proud of the work ethic, grit, and dedication these two riders show every single day. While the scoreboard doesn't always reflect exactly what we want, ​we take the lessons, celebrate the successes, and keep moving forward. So proud of you both! 🎉

Our final Summer Camp Day was filled with so much fun and friendship!

We started off the day with singing happy birthday to Maisie as she entered the barn🥳

Rode horses in the jump field where everyone had opportunities to jump👏👏

Had a pizza party 🍕

We had fun with more jumping this time with our hobby horses everyone made yesterday.

Lindsay & Carly from visited us to teach about the horses' digestive system and the importance of nutrition for our horses.

To finish the day, we celebrated Maisie's birthday with soda floats😋

Summer Camp, day 4, we had some much fun!

The morning riding was spent playing musical horses🎵🪑🏇

We then had a picnic and splash in the water. Everyone had a fun time exploring while cooling off.

Our day wrapped up with making some incredible pool noodle horses, extra grooming sessions, and feeding the horses.

Summer Camp Day 3

Today, we had a beautiful sunny day!

In the morning, we played our horse version of 4square on horseback.

came to have fun with the campers. Tyler always brings an interesting activity to help the campers connect how their mindset influences their interactions with the horses.🧠🐎👏

We wrapped up the day with more horse grooming and care activities.

Day 2 of Summer camp had us embracing the rain while we rode!

If we were gonna get wet, we might as well make it a fun game🤭

After having fun riding, everyone dried off, had lunch, played games, watched a movie about a horse with our horses, and wrapped up the day with a visit from one of our favorite veterinarians.

We have a visitor today!

Today a heavy rain shower came just in time to interfere with our last lesson of the day. So, we changed our plans and had a fun unmounted lesson. After all of the horses were groomed, we played "Horse Kid Headbands"

It was fun having everyone come up with questions to figure out if they were one of the horses, tack, barn supplies, or other necessary items used for riding.

Today, I presented a few of our riders with a unique lesson... after they warmed up in the ring for a bit, I opened the gate and went to one of the fields, all a bit confused they followed. After they stood around asking me questions, for which I only answered with some facial and body language, they all eventually began to test their own level of comfort and used their imagination to literally horse around!!🥰🐎👏

It was interesting to see which each of them chose to do and encourage one another!!
