Canoeing, Kayaking and Tubing trips on the Brandywine Creek. Trips start at 9 am until 4pm

Season starts May 1st and stops in October

Open May 1st through October 10th, Northbrook Canoe has been operating on the Brandywine Creek since 1977. With a hodgepodge of old buildings and interesting vehicles Northbrook is a place time forgot. A scenic float down the creek is a perfect way to spend a day with the ones you care about.

The heat will be back soon!
Thank you Tom : )

Tatum: Live streaming to beat the heat In my Northbrook neighborhood that stream is the West Branch of the Brandywine Creek where plenty of people could be found splashing away their overheated troubles in the pool just below Corcoran’s Bridge this weekend.

Summer is here and sometimes there is a scary rain cloud icon on our phones.

A long time ago, someone on TV would say…

“Hot and muggy with a chance of afternoon thundershowers”

At first glance of our phones we thought this week would be a wash out but we have had lovely days, every day, on the water so far.

Nothing beats an evening on the Brandywine 🛶

Come join us for our popular ‘Canoe & Dine’ event this Saturday (July 11) — call us to reserve your spot ASAP.

⚡️Event Details: Departs at 6pm for the Corcoran’s Bridge 1.5 hour canoe trip. When you arrive back at Northbrook, a catered dinner will be served in our picnic grove accompanied by live music — followed by a bonfire under the stars to finish off the evening.

Our next ‘Canoe & Dine’ will be on July 25th (link in bio to book that date with your friends & family)

The water is low, but we will teach you how to flow. Ask any of our expert canoe guides on how to navigate the water ways during this Chester County drought warning.

The fourth of july is just around the corner and it’s gonna be a hot one!

To all the fathers out there…
Enjoy your day!

06/15/2026

We will suspend all trips on the Brandywine today due to the high water.

Our canoe camp will still be active but not on the Brandywine Creek.
