Contrary to what some gyms or influencers may try to tell you, bringing your heart rate to near max during a workout can bring you into a very dangerous and unnecessary situation. You burn more fat during longer, less intense workouts than some crazy dangerous 30 minute HIIT workout. Train smart. Only follow the advice of educated professionals.
