💰 $50,500+ per year based on experience & performance

🚚 Company truck & equipment provided

What we’re looking for:
• Reliable and hardworking
• Comfortable working on ladders/heights
• Valid driver’s license
• Great customer service & communication
• Experience in gutter cleaning, roofing, landscaping, or exterior work is a plus
• Able to work independently and lead by example

Our lead tech will be responsible for completing 4–6+ jobs per day, maintaining quality standards, communicating with customers, and helping train future team members.

Today we were getting lunch and someone who requested a quote a few days ago stopped us in the truck as we were driving out of the parking lot and said can you pull over quick I want to talk to you guys. I was the passenger and one of our employees was driving we were a little confused for a second. We pulled over into a lot and he told me that he got a quote from the company we work for and said at $350+ for gutter cleaning, it seemed so high and asked if that’s normal. I told him I was the owner and the one who quoted him and he said oh sh*t sorry. But I explained what we do differently than others which is laid out in every quote and that we also don’t discount, price match etc. We provide the best price upfront and a great service. By the end of the 2 min conversation he approved the job and we will be going out to to the work end of next week. Just something I would like to share as an experience. I know we are not the cheapest but we are not going to underbid just because of quotes other companies are putting out including some of which we used to be good friends with until they reached out to our customers that were putting reviews up for us on next door and trying to undercut us in their direct messages. Our win rate is not that high it’s about 54%. So we know our pricing is just where it needs to be for our crews to still provide a great service and keep lead times at 1-3 weeks out.
