Can’t get the muscle you’re trying to grow to do the work? Stop forcing the same exercise.

There are countless ways to train the same muscle. Change the handle, grip, elbow path, body position, machine or line of resistance, and you can change how that movement loads the target muscle.

If you’re doing rows for your back but your biceps consistently become the limiting factor first, don’t just keep adding weight and assume the exercise is right for you. Adjust the setup or find a variation that allows you to better load and fatigue the muscle you’re actually trying to train.

We all have the same basic muscle groups, but we don’t all have the same limb proportions, joint mobility, injury history or movement mechanics. The exercise your favorite bodybuilder or trainer loves may not be the best variation for you.

Find the movement that lets the target muscle do its job. Then get strong at it.

Train the muscle not somebody else’s exercise list.

STRENGTH ISN’T JUST ABOUT MOVING WEIGHT IT’S ABOUT CONTROLLING IT.

This is unstable load training using a BandBell SuperQuake Bar with a kettlebell suspended from an elastic band on one side.

As he walks 10 steps backward and 10 steps forward, every step creates small, constantly changing oscillations through the bar. Because the load is also asymmetrical, his body has to continuously make corrections to keep the bar, trunk and pelvis under control.

That challenges:

• Core and trunk stabilizers resisting unwanted rotation and side-bending
• Obliques, spinal stabilizers and lower-back musculature maintaining trunk position against the shifting load
• Upper back and scapular stabilizers controlling the bar as it oscillates
• Shoulder stabilizers maintaining position as the bar continually changes direction
• Hips and glutes stabilizing the pelvis during each step
• Legs and feet controlling balance and force as the body moves forward and backward
• Neuromuscular coordination and proprioception teaching the nervous system to react to unpredictable changes in load

The goal isn’t simply to use more weight.

The goal is to create an environment where the body has to brace, react, stabilize and coordinate from head to toe while moving.

That’s real world strength: producing force is important but being able to control force when conditions aren’t perfectly stable matters too.

Train strong. Move well. Stay capable.

Great coaches don’t train an age. They train the person.

“They train old people.”

We took it as a compliment.

Because some of our clients are in their 50s, 60s and 70s.

Some are college students.

Some are business owners.

Some are beginners.

Some have been lifting for decades.

After more than 25 years of coaching, we don’t need everyone to fit the same program.

We build the program around the person.

That’s what real coaching looks like.

Strength doesn’t have an age.

Starting a new workout program be like…

Trainer: “You’re gonna love this.”
Friends: “You got this.”

Your body for the next 3 days: ☠️😂

The soreness goes away. The strength stays. 💪

As we age, training is no longer just about looking better.

It becomes about protecting bone density, preserving muscle, improving stability, and maintaining quality of life.

One of our clients recently shared these results with us after her latest DEXA scan and gave us permission to share her story anonymously.

“The only thing I did differently since my last DexAscan was start training with you.”

Strength matters.

Be Unstoppable.

You can keep bread and still get results.

Most people don’t need to quit bread, they need a better plan.

This is one of my go-to meals when I want something that feels like a real sandwich, but still keeps the diet tight:

Grilled chicken
Avocado
Dijon mustard
Carbonaut low-net-carb toast

Estimated breakdown:
~850–900 calories
~100g protein
~6–7g net carbs
~37–39g fiber
~37–46g fat
~1,200–1,500mg potassium
~1,000–1,250mg sodium

Why it works:

High protein supports muscle and recovery.
Avocado brings potassium and healthy fats.
Low-net-carb bread gives you the satisfaction without the carb overload.
Fiber keeps you full instead of hunting snacks later.

This isn’t “diet food.”
This is how you make dieting livable.

Strong Today. Unstoppable Tomorrow.

The part most people rush
is usually the part that matters most.

Loaded stretch.
Full control.
No bouncing.
No ego.

That deep position
at the bottom of a squat, press, RDL, row, or curl
is where the real signal happens.

Most people skip it
because it is uncomfortable.

That’s the point.

Train smarter.
Be Unstoppable.

Muscle is built from amino acids, not just protein grams.

Quality matters. Source matters.

Whey remains one of the most effective tools for recovery and growth because it delivers the full amino profile your body needs.

Supplement Strong.

The scale only tells you one thing:
Your relationship with gravity. 📉

It doesn’t tell us how much easier it is to carry the groceries, how much deeper you’re sleeping, or that boost of confidence you felt when you put on that blazer this morning.
At Unstoppable Strong, we’re trading “shrinking” for “growing.” We train for the life you live outside these walls, whether that’s keeping up with your kids at Everhart Park or crushing a presentation in the boardroom.
Strength isn’t just about the barbell; it’s about the woman holding it. 💪✨
