Little slower day. Fish must have been a little off due to the cold front, dirty water from the wind yesterday afternoon and no current until later in the day. Great day on the water with the cooler temps and the bite getting better as the day progressed. #

Pretty good bite today. Was supposed to be real windy but while we were on the water it was a perfect wind. Hope we can do it again tomorrow.

Holy Mayfly hatch last night. The nymph hulls where thick on the surface today. Slowed the bite down pretty good. Was pleasantly pleased with the amount of fish we caught today and the size. Kinda a strange day. It wanted to storm but didn't. Just threw electricity at us at every place we fished. The last bolt caused us to turn around and fish where I really didn't want to. It worked out. Fish bit better when the wind wasn't blowing too hard. You can learn something new everyday if your not too stubborn! Great morning of fishing for this corporate group from John Deere and Grossenburg Implement. Rained/misted on us the whole time and by the time we came off, we where wet and cold. Gotta love it. The breeze today made fishing so much more enjoyable for this couple from Iowa. Seeing lots of baitfish the last 2 days along with great numbers of fish. We had 3 bite windows today that were 45 minutes to just over an hour. When the bite window was occurring we caught alot of fish. The bite when the bite window wasn't happening was somewhat frustrating. Call us at 605-680-1910 to get in on a very good mid summer bite. # #
