We have been part of the Webster community since 2007, where we started next to Netzman's, now we have grown into a new space on Barrett Drive. We are a Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu-based martial arts school fit for all ages and skill levels. Our Youth classes are for children as young as 4, and our adult classes have no age limit. Attention Members,
We are excited to share that our dojo is entering a new chapter with a change in ownership. This transition does not change the leadership of our programs - Coach Zack and Coach Justin will continue leading classes and working with our students as they always have. There are just a few important administrative updates that will help ensure a smooth transition while maintaining the same commitment to quality instruction and a welcoming training environment.
As part of this process, we need all members to complete the following:
*For members that are on a family plan, only one submission of each form listed below will need to be completed per family - You do not need to complete each form for each person. Please ensure all members under the family plan are listed on the form with the “additional members” option.
1. Complete a new liability release form
2. Update your payment information by providing your credit or debit card information into our secure system.
You can access these links via our website, the Fit by Wix app, your email, or the link in our bio.
We appreciate your prompt attention to these items. We are working to ensure this process is as seamless as possible, and completing both steps as soon as possible will help prevent any interruption to your membership or billing.
