We are still staffed Friday and Saturday as usual, so come on in if you need us before Tuesday! We will not be staffed on Monday, 9/7/26. Members still have access to the facility 4am-11pm every single day of the year using your Kisi app! Everyone enjoy your Labor Day weekend with friends and family!

Personal Training & Group Personal Training clients: Check with your trainer as to if you’re still meeting because the club is still open and you may not be getting out of your workout that easy! 😝

We’re releasing this special early because we’ve had a lot of people stop in to check us out this week and we want to let you in on the savings! 👏

For the month of August, your joining fee will be reduced (from regular $33) to the date that you’re joining. So, if you join on the first, your joining fee is only a buck! On the 12th, it’ll be $12, and so forth. If you come in this last week of July, we’ll give you that Aug 1 pricing!

Memberships are always $33 a month ($30 for first responders and military) and we don’t do any annual contracts. Anyone can cancel anytime. We just require 10 days notice. We don’t do family plans because we’re not tying you in together. Everyone is separate; everyone can come and go as works for you and your life! Simple and no gimmicks is our thing.

We are staffed 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturdays. Members have access 4am-11pm every day of the year!

What a blast last night at the annual Fox Den Fit Club Sunset Pool Party!! 🌅 🏊 💦 🎉

One night a year, we rent out Cherry Park Pool for our members and staff only for swimming, food, hula hooping, and a little competitive fun and games. It is always a great time and the lifeguards always join in for a little fun at the end of the party! Thanks to everyone who came out and thank you, as always, for being a part of the club! 🦊

We’ve made it past the nomination round for Best of the Best of Parker County! Now your votes really matter! We’ve won best Fitness Center in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Let’s add 2026 to the list! You can vote once per email DAILY through the end of July! Under the “Personal Care” division. 🦊

We are honored to have also been nominated this year in the Club/Organization category under “Best in Community” and our club owner Kelley Martinez was nominated for “Best Boss” under People. 🥰

All new medicine balls!! 🙌
Hopefully this brand will hold up better to your hard work than the brand we’ve had (and had to replace constantly)! Reminder, though, this kind of ball is NOT for slamming, but for holding, tossing to a partner, balancing a hand on, etc. The soft sand-filled balls you find to the left of this area (most are black) are the slam balls. They don’t bounce back and can withstand force from slamming.

This is your maintenance fee at work! 👏 Along with numerous cable and incremental weight repairs we just completed, the new treadmills we recently purchased, and some replacement seat pads and covers coming this week! Thank you for your continued membership and keep working, fam! 🦊
