Flag Update: The wait is almost over, this weekend is the last weekend without games. Next Saturday at 5:30 we have our first game, please be there at 5 so we can pass out flags and get organized into teams. I’ll send another reminder later in the week.

As for practice, we will only practice on Mondays at 6:15 from here on out. If you have any questions please reach out to me or Coach Smith. Let’s keep stacking days and get after it next Saturday!

Flag Update: we will still having practice tonight but we need to move the time up to 6 instead of 6:15. I’m sorry for any inconvenience. It will be a quick practice, we will practice until the varsity team comes out to the field around 6:45.
Even though it’ll be a quick practice tonight, I know the kids will work hard and stack another day. See this evening.

This is the complete schedule for Waverly Youth Football. Changes may occur due to weather or other unscheduled events. There is a $5 Adult Admission Fee for all 11 Man Tackle Games. All students are free. All Rookie Tackle and Flag Football games will have free admission for everyone. All proceeds will be used to pay referees and to purchase additional equipment for the program. We are school affiliated. These are the following items we have purchased this year with our savings.

The program grows because of you. It is designed to focus on basic fundamentals and participation. Please continue to support our volunteer coaches and referees. They put in several hours and are getting more difficult to find.

Flag Update!

The weather will be better this week but still warm. As of now, practice Monday and Wednesday at 6:15 pm at the stadium. Let’s get back to work and stacking days and getting better!

If you haven’t picked up your jersey, I will have it at practice.

The first official game for Flag and Rookie Tackle will be on Saturday, September 19th. Most games will be scheduled every Saturday evening from 5:30 to 6:30. A full schedule with game times will be posted soon.
