She never quits, has a positive mindset and is dedicated to the max! We are really proud of her for getting out of her comfort zone to do the Hyrox simulation recently!

They are always watching❤️

Our kids may not always listen to what we say, but they're always watching what we do.
When they see us make our health a priority... when they see us choose to work out, fuel our bodies, get stronger, and take care of ourselves - they're learning.
We're teaching them that taking care of your health isn't selfish.
That strength is something to be proud of.
That movement is a part of life.
And that your health is worth making time for.
We're not just working out for ourselves.
We're setting an example for the little eyes watching us.
