What a weekend for Jefferson community college hockey team!!! if you didn’t get to see them play this past weekend, make sure you catch their next home game, they are on fire and will be a team to watch this year!!
As the 2026 Preseason Classic comes to a close, Jefferson Community College would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who helped make this event a tremendous success.
Thank you to the student-athletes, coaches, and staff from Jamestown Community College, the University at Albany, and Buffalo State University for your outstanding competition, sportsmanship, and commitment throughout the weekend. The level of play and professionalism displayed by every team made for an exceptional tournament experience.
We would also like to thank our fans, families, supporters, and community members whose enthusiasm created a tremendous atmosphere throughout the event. Your support means everything to our student-athletes.
A special thank you goes out to the countless individuals who worked behind the scenes to make the tournament possible. From athletic department staff and game operations personnel to volunteers, officials, athletic trainers, photographers, facilities staff, and event organizers, your hard work, dedication, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
