Strength and conditioning off season sessions begin next week. Any athletes not involved in a fall sport should plan to attend strength and conditioning sessions beginning next week. Sessions are Monday through Thursday. Warm ups begin at 315 in the fitness center and athletes can leave as they finish. Sessions will take between an hour to an hour and a half to complete. Basketball season is right around the corner. Be on time and ready to work. Any questions, see Coach Roeglin in room B123.

Session 3- Incoming 8th - 9th Grade Boys Basketball Camp (1:30 pm- 3:30 pm)
