Happy 4th of July! We hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. Classes and Team resume today! Look forward to seeing everyone.

Jaxson Defazio Graduates! Jaxson started as a Parent and Tot in our class program. At 3 years old, he moved into our Trampoline and Tumbling team program. Throughout his career, he achieved success as a State and Regional champion and a Silver medalist on trampoline at USA Nationals. Jaxson will be attending Quinnipiac University in the fall. We wish him all the best on his next phase of his journey. We will miss him!

Congratulations to our Xcel Silver athletes on a fantastic State Meet! We are so proud of all your hard work, dedication, and commitment throughout the season. A huge congratulations to Nyla Stallings for becoming our Xcel Silver Bars State Champion! 🥇✨ Keep up the amazing work.

Region 6 Trampoline and Tumbling Regional Championships !

Katarina, Natasha and Czarina had a successful competition last weekend. They all performed with confidence.

Katarina and Czarina in their first major Elite competition were able to put all 10 elements on the trampoline.

Natasha had to perform 20 elements( two separate routines). Unfortunately on her second routine, she landed her last element close to the springs and deck. Therefore, she lost the credit for the skill and was scored out of 9 elements.

Their brother, Nicolai, provided support, coaching and filming. Thank you Nicolai!

We are very proud of how they all represented their gym and their family!
