Bring sally up group challenge. They did the plank up/down variation with Krystle Leonard Saturday and the battle rope sit up challenge with Taryn Lengacher today. You can truly make this into whatever challenge you want. I’m thinking a bicep or sumo may be next 🤔 🤷‍♀️.
