VIRTUALLY FOR THE FALL 2020 SEMESTER*

Current Covid-19 Requirements to attend in-person practice:
- RSVP for practice on IMLeagues
- Complete your UMD daily symptom monitoring check-in every day
- Wear a mask to practice
*due to practices being held outside, certain activities like tumbling are prohibited*

Practices run as a type of "open gym" except for the first and last half hour (group stretching and basics; group conditioning at the end)

We have a coach to assist beginners in mastering the basics of the sport, as well as providing spotting and supervision to those with more advanced skills. How to Sign-Up:
Ask for a waiver form from one of the officers at practice, which you MUST sign before practicing. To sign up on CRS website:
