The HUD Fitness Center exists to provide an opportunity for federal employees, federal contractors, and interns to improve their overall general health.

The Fitness Center provides:
Services including: Group Exercise, Fitness Consultations, Fitness Assessments, Health Screenings, Incentive Programs, Informative Seminars, Personal Training, ActivTrax, Massage & Reflexology
