🐚 Bringing home beautiful hand painted shells from the Milford Invitational 2026. Two first place finishes for women’s and mixed! Incredible views and crews and beautiful day on the water. Mahalo to the Manu'iwa Outrigger Canoe Club for hosting another fabulous race! We can’t wait for small boats tomorrow.

It’s with a heavy heart that I share the news of the untimely death of our great friend Mike Robinson. Mike was a most excellent friend of WCC and a regular racer At our annual Havens 10k. Where he would race C-2 either with his wife Linda or his daughter or most recently his adult granddaughter. Mike died from a fall, climbing Seneca Rocks in West Virginia yesterday. He was 76 yrs young. Theee will be a Celebration of Life later this fall.
In the meantime, be like Mike. Keep getting out there and do the things that bring you joy. Peace Jim Ross

Important Announcement: July 4th Fireworks Restrictions

The Coast Guard has announced that the area south of Key Bridge will be restricted to all watercraft effective 8am July 2nd and running through 6am July 5th. While the club will be open for the 4th, this closure will make it impossible to paddle down to the usual vantage points south of Roosevelt Island to watch the fireworks.
