The Washington Irish are a Division I & III Men's Rugby Football Club in the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Foot May the club and her players play another 41 years!
The Washington Irish require proof of covid-19 vaccination (visual verification of actual or photograph of vaccine card) to participate in any training or match. The Washington Irish, based in Washington DC, are currently competing in Division I & III Central of Mid-Atlantic (MAC) Rugby Football Union of USA Rugby. Roster has over 50 strong, and the average age for the starting side is 26 years ol

We are BACK with our first preseason match against North Bay Rugby. 80 minutes, combined sides, a thousand tries (we assume).
See you for kickoff at 11am at Anacostia Park Field 7, 1500 Anacostia Drive, Washington, DC, opposite the roller skating pavilion.

Another fixture this fall: our third annual Jay Baker memorial match and weekend celebration with Charleston Outlaws RFC 🤍
Each year, Jay’s two clubs come together to honor his memory, swap stories, and support to one another.
This year, it’s our turn to travel to Charleston, November 13-15. Players and friends are welcome - more details to come!
