A huge shout out to both Asha and Ashley, who each cleared 10' PRs at the Howard Community College invite on June 20th and in doing so, each tide for the #2 ranking for 13 year olds in the USA!

A huge shout out to Cooper Rivas for kicking off the 2026 Pole Vault Championships with a gold medal 🥇 win in the boys state champions division!

And of course, a HUGE THANK YOU to Events DC for making the 2026 Pole Vault Championships possible! If not for the support from President Gates, Dr. Johnson and the entire Events DC team, we couldn't host this amazing event and give local DC youth like ASH the opportunity to begin vaulting at a young age, set the DC State record, gain a full ride scholarship in DC at Howard University, set the University record five times, and showcase his skills to the next generation while competing on his home turf in the Men's Elite Division at this years event! Events DC has been there every step of the way!
