Intensive Immersion I:
Thursday, September 24 – Sunday, September 27
Integration Session I:
Sunday, October 4
Intensive Immersion II:
Thursday, October 22 – Sunday, October 25
Integration Sessions II:
Saturday, November 7
Saturday, November 21
Saturday, December 5
Final Integration Session & Graduation:
Saturday, December 12

Training days will generally run from approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and will include yoga classes, posture clinics, anatomy, philosophy, practice teaching, meditation, group discussion, and self-study.
