Most men don’t have a problem with motivation their issues are withey have an information problem.
They think putting more time into the gym, buying more supplements, cutting their calories lower, and fighting through the fatigue will finally make their body change.
But the weight doesn’t go anywhere… They have less energy even though they were told “workin out gives you energy”
When was the last time you had your testosterone levels checked? Not just your total testosterone, I’m talking about complete comprehensive bloodwork.
Your body is giving you clues every day that your health needs to be improved but you can’t see them.
The key to your health is “hidden” in your bloodwork that your doctor says is “normal” but you still feel like s**t.
You need to take a deeper into your hormones, blood sugar, inflammation markers, and your thyroid.

How many hours of sleep do you get every night? I used to try to get away with 4-6 but it was catching up with me.
My dog is so mad at me for not taking her on this walk with me.
When you look in the mirror do you recognize the man looking back at you?
The man who you used to be had more energy, more drive, more focus, more confidence, and more strength in your body.
You used to wake up early, hit the gym, and train hard.
Then, when you walked into the office you were focused and ready to take on the day. To handle the stress, pressure, and problems waiting for you.
After a long day, you still had something left for your wife and family. Without them feeling like they are only getting the rest of you and not the best of you.
But Now?
You wake up tired.
Your workouts feel… flat, that if you even do them. And when you do hit the gym, it takes your body a lot longer to recover.
