This past weekend Jackson-Reed Boys and Girls Lacrosse teams hosted a Middle School Lax Clinic, where players learned from current High School lacrosse players.

Shouting out Estrella! A four year member of our lacrosse team who has been a huge part of our program. Known for her speed and ability to make smart decisions on the field, she makes a huge impact  in every game.
She has earned a full-ride Army scholarship and will be attending either Northeastern or WashU. We’re incredibly proud of all she’s accomplished and excited to see what’s ahead.

Sonali has played lacrosse with JR for three years, she’s been a strong and reliable presence on our lacrosse defense. Known for her great step to the ball, she plays with confidence and awareness, consistently putting herself in the right position and making key blocks. Her effort, toughness, and commitment have made her someone the team can always count on. Next up, she’ll be heading to Tulane to study Psychology. We’re proud of everything she’s accomplished and excited for what’s ahead.

Alex is four year member of our lacrosse team who brought consistency and effort every season. As a midfielder, Alex’s strong lacrosse IQ, and beautiful cadence made a difference in every game!! She’s headed to Penn State to study Animal Sciences, and we’re excited to see all she accomplishes next. We love you Alex!

Luise is a truly generous and compassionate teammate who has made such a positive impact on our lacrosse program over the past three years. She brings kindness, support, and a team-first mindset every day, and always lifting others up. Next up, she’ll be continuing her journey at LMU Munich (Ludwig Maximilian University), studying Economics. We’re so proud of all she’s accomplished and excited for what’s ahead.

Celebrating Maddie!!!! For three years, she’s been a key part of our lacrosse team, holding it down in goal with confidence and skill. A truly amazing goalie, Maddie’s quick reactions, and leadership have made a huge impact in every game.
