So I heard this song for the first from a viral creator on Tik Tok. I turned my camera on and started recording. As you can see me face, I’m processing. Hearing this music for the first time, I’m freestyling and just catching the beat with each movement. I’m just riding the music. This is how I start the creative process. I just freely move my body and make it one with the musicality. Even if the movement is off or feels awkward, I just keep going until I get the movement right and before it just feels right.

This creator has 1.9 million followers on Tik Tok and 185.4 million likes and just reposted my video. That means more to me than anything else. I’ve been on the big stage with every A-list artist from Usher to Justin Bieber to Mariah Carey and have never been star struck but to be reposted from the not so A-list content creator is more impactful because I recognize your work! My entire professional career has been about providing a platform to showcase the thriving arts community.
