Our Q3 Board Meeting is open to all league families, and we want to see you there.

This is the final board meeting of the 2025-2026 league year. At our Annual Meeting in October, the full board will be up for election, and we want as many families as possible to be informed and involved.

If you have ever wondered how decisions get made in this league, this is your chance to see it firsthand. If you are considering running for a board position, tonight is the best opportunity to ask questions before the vote next month.

🌧️ DINING ON THE DIAMOND POSTPONED 🌧️

We’re sorry to have to make this call, but Dining on the Diamond scheduled for this Saturday has been postponed.

With significant rain in the forecast leading into the weekend, we’re concerned about the condition of the fields and the possibility of them being too wet or muddy to safely and comfortably hold the event.

There are a lot of moving pieces that go into making this night happen, and rather than risk the weather impacting what should be a great night for our WCA families, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone.

We are working on a new date now and will announce it as soon as we can confirm availability with all of the vendors involved.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s understanding. We’re still looking forward to celebrating another great WCA season together, just on a better night! ⚾🎆🇺🇸
