🩷In our Building Ballet & Lyrical 3-4 class, one thing the students are focusing on is the concept of HOW we can use our space in the room. The students are also seeing how their own bodies move, and Miss Cat encourages the students to find new ways to expand the choreography they are given. When the students show their teachers something awesome - whether it be an amazing dance move, great leadership skills, or wonderful kindness - the teachers show their appreciation to the students by giving them a WOW card! Being recognized for their hard work makes students feel even MORE excited and confident to dance!

🌟BEYOND THE BARRE PROGRAM CELEBRATION!🌟

Our Beyond the Barre program is our leadership program here at Set The Barre. The students ages 9+ get to learn and build skills, such as confidence, communication, teamwork, responsibility, and leadership - skills that are important both inside the studio and beyond! We invite anyone who is interested to attend our meeting on Wednesday, September 9th, at 7:30 pm. Come in, meet the staff, and discover how your dancer can grow on and off the dance floor!

Have you ever thought about trying TAP here at Set The Barre? Well, now is the perfect time! Tap is for all ages, from walking to adults! These events are free to try out a tap class, and you do not need to buy tap shoes to participate! Tap teaches us about maintaining rhythm, learning musicality, and developing strong physical coordination—all while having so much fun in every class!

🎉 A little late to the feed, but NEVER too late to celebrate Miss Samantha! 🥳🩷

Miss Samantha celebrated her birthday on Saturday, and while our social media decided to take an unexpected little vacation 😅, we couldn’t let her birthday go by without giving her some STB love!

We are so lucky to have Miss Samantha as part of our STB family. Her kindness, positivity, and the love she brings to our dancers make our studio a better place. ✨
