King Alfonso XIII of Spain — one of Europe’s great horsemen — gave this trophy to the inaugural International Gold Cup at Grasslands Downs, Tennessee. Nearly a century later, it is still the coveted prize.

All proceeds from A Taste of Gold Cup go to support the clinic, which provides comprehensive medical, dental, and mental health care to underserved residents in Fauquier and Rappahannock Counties.
