🌟⚽ TSM YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM ⚽🌟
Looking for a way for your child to become more involved with TSM, build confidence, learn leadership skills, and make a difference in our soccer community? We’d love to have them join us! ❤️🖤
Our TSM Youth Leadership Program is open to youth ages 10 and up who want to take on a leadership role, help younger players, support coaches, and become positive role models within our program.
🌟 What will our Youth Leaders do?
⚽ Assist coaches during practices and games
⚽ Help younger players learn and develop their skills
⚽ Encourage and support younger athletes
⚽ Help with TSM events and activities
⚽ Learn teamwork, communication, responsibility, and leadership
⚽ Serve as positive role models for younger players
⚽ Gain valuable volunteer experience and leadership hours
This is a brand-new program, and we are excited to give our youth the opportunity to grow, lead, and become an important part of TSM!
Whether your child has been playing soccer for years or simply wants to get more involved and help others, there is a place for them here. 💪⚽
