Yesterday was a special day at Southern Landings. For the first time since JD passed, his wife joined their longtime group for a round of golf.

On the 9th hole, something pretty incredible happened. One of their longtime playing partners Scott Nowak stepped up and made a HOLE-IN-ONE.

I don't know if you believe in signs, but moments like this make you stop and think. JD was a big part of this group, and it just felt like he was there with them in some way.

Golf has a funny way of bringing people together, creating memories, and sometimes giving us moments we'll never forget.

Yesterday was certainly one of those days.

A huge THANK YOU to all the players who teed it up in the 2026 SunMark 2-Man Scramble! We were dealt some adverse weather conditions, and we truly appreciate everyone sticking through it and helping us get the tournament in.

All play will start from Hole #1, and tee times are listed below.

Lunch will be available from 11am to 3pm each day. Coordinate with your tee time to enjoy lunch before, during, or after your round.

The first-ever Middle Georgia Junior Championship is officially in the books, and what a day it was!

We put this tournament together quickly, and we are so thankful for the awesome turnout and support from our junior golfers and their families. It was hot out there, but the course was in fantastic shape and the kids brought their A-game.

All play will start from Hole #1 (tee boxes based on age), and tee times are listed below.

Registration will be in the pro shop both days. Optional team skins ($100 cash covers both days) will be collected before play on Saturday.

Lunch will be available from 11am to 3pm each day. Coordinate with your tee time to enjoy lunch before, during, or after your round.

Play will be flighted following completion of Day 1. Sunday tee times will begin at 7:00 AM and follow this flight order: Flight 3, Flight 2, Flight 1, Championship Flight, Flight 4, Flight 5, and Flight 6.
