🌟 Special Announcement 🌟
This season is extra special because we have one dancer who has shared every single recital stage with Ms Laura for all fifteen years.
She is not graduating this year, but I believe she deserves special recognition.
Renee Boorstein has been a part of Libra Dance Studio since the day we opened our doors in August of 2011. She has grown into an extraordinary young woman and has become a pillar of our studio community.
For years, she has assisted with our baby classes on Saturday mornings, and she has proudly been a member of the Libra Dance Company for ten years.
Renee is a beautiful, well rounded technician and performer. What we all admire most about Renee is her character. She holds herself and others to a high standard while always encouraging those around her. It never surprises me when a parent tells me, “Renee texted my daughter before her first solo to wish her luck,” or, “You can tell Ms. Renee truly cares about the little ones in her Saturday classes.”
Renee leads with kindness, integrity, and pride. She takes pride in everything she does, whether she’s on stage, in the classroom at school, or supporting her teammates behind the scenes.
Because of the example she sets every day, I am honored to announce that Renee will serve as our 1stever Libra Dance Company Team CAPTAIN for the 2026–2027 season.
Renee, thank you for your dedication, your leadership, your sportsmanship, and for being such a positive role model for our dancers. We are so proud of you and love you!
