Group Class Boutique Studio offering multiple classes daily for high Intensity and Low Impact. HIIT,

My specialty is training at a location that is convenient for you. I provide dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, and any other equipment to make my sessions challenging and always fun. I try and make myself available wherever and whenever needed. While on location, developing creative types of workouts is a necessity. Together we will design a plan to fit every need utilizing strength training, aerobic training, functional core training, and nutritional consulting to address and meet your goals.

🔥 BRIA METHOD DRI-TRI IS BACK! 🔥

Think you have what it takes? Join us on Saturday, July 18th for an exciting fitness challenge that will test your strength, endurance, and determination. Participants will take on a Floor Challenge, a Calorie Bike Ride, and finish with a 1–2 Mile Run. We’ll be sending athletes off in waves of 10 people, with both Sprint and Olympic distance options available so everyone can participate at their own level.
