September is actually one of the best times of year to dial in your bike fit before the off-season. A lot of riders don't realize how much an improper fit affects comfort and performance until they fix it. 🚴‍♀️

Common signs you might need a fit check: knee pain after longer rides, hand or wrist numbness, lower back soreness, or feeling like you're always fighting the bike on climbs.

Bike rack setup matters more than most people realize. 😅

A few things to check before every trip: make sure the rack is rated for the weight of your bikes, that each bike is secured at the frame and not just by a wheel, and that nothing is spinning or shifting at highway speeds.

A quick tug test before you pull out of the driveway can save a lot of heartbreak down the road. Come in and ask us about rack options if you're still figuring out your setup. 🙌

Where to Ride Wednesday 🚲

This week, we’re heading just across the river from Montague to the McDade Recreational Trail in Milford, PA.

The trail winds through the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, with wooded stretches, open fields and some pretty incredible views of the surrounding mountains.

With several places to park and access the trail—and sections ranging from easy to more challenging—you can make it a family ride, or a longer adventure.

Fall isn’t quite here yet… but this looks like a pretty perfect place to watch it arrive. 🍃🍂
