There is about 11 year between these pictures! Meghan started training at 5 years old and I’m lucky to still have her as my student. I’ve got to coach and watch her work up to and compete at every juvenile belt level. From coaching her as a little kid we now get to see her grow in her own kids coaching role and we couldn’t be more proud of her for leading by example. I can’t wait to see everything she accomplishes in this new chapter in her Jiu Jitsu journey. Congratulations Meghan O’Hare we are all so proud of you! 🟦🟦⬛️🟦

Today marks 25 years since the tragic events of September 11, 2001. We pause to honor every innocent life lost and hold their families in our hearts. On a day that we will never forget we remember the bravery of our first responders—the firefighters, police officers, medics, and citizens who ran toward danger to save others. We do not forget the survivors and responders who are still fighting today. 25 years later, so many continue to battle severe illnesses and mental health struggles born from that day. We will never forget. God Bless America 🇺🇸

Today marks exactly 1 year since Madhouse moved and opened the new academy! We are beyond grateful to all of our members and supporters and to all of the new people we have met throughout this year. Even though we are looking forward to what this next year will bring, we can’t not acknowledge that it was one of our most difficult years yet. Earlier this year we lost a dear friend and teammate, Dan Goetz. It’s extremely important to us to remember his name and everything he meant to us as friends and part of the team. In honor of Dan, go out of your way this month to make someone laugh and smile.
