HG Fitness I started this group to offer the benefits of having a personal trainer in an affordable, supportive I've been a personal trainer for 8 years.

I love fitness, I love people, and I love that my job is also my passion! I started this group as a way to share my love for fitness in an affordable way. I got a lot of people who wanted to train with me, but the cost of individual training was a big sacrifice. I as a stay at home mom of three underst. So I started 6 week bootcamp sessions. Not only did this make the cost so much more affordable we gained so much more than what I ever expected. I have an amazing group of people, who offer support, recipes, laughs and wisdom to each other. My goal is to always push hard, give back, and love strong. Healthy body and mind, we work to be strong not skinny! God has blessed me greatly through this group come join and let him bless you too!

One of my favorite things about our gym is watching our members’ kids grow up seeing what a healthy, active lifestyle looks like. It’s not just about the adults getting stronger — it’s about the example we’re setting for the next generation. 💪🏼

When our kids see us show up, work hard, encourage each other, and take care of ourselves, they’re learning that taking care of your body and your mind is something to be proud of.

September is almost here. New month. New routine. Same goal: becoming the best version of ourselves — and showing our kids what that looks like. ❤️

Monday 5am lifting, 9am open gym lifting, and 530pm open gym lifting.

Tuesday 5am class and 9am class.

Wednesday 5am class and 9am open gym lifting.

Thursday 5am lifting, 9am class, and 530 open gym lifting.

Friday 5am class, 9am class.

Saturday 7am class.

We are offering half price gym memberships for the month of June to teens. We are encouraging them to come to our 9am weekday classes. The 9am classes offer strength, endurance, and conditioning!

This is Bri and her husband Andrew.
Bri starting coming right before the first macro challenge we did in October. She decided to take on the challenge and had crazy results that motivated her to keep going. We weighed in this morning and from October to May she has lost 23lbs of fat gained 6 lbs of muscle and went from 39% body fat to 29%

Now she has brought her husband to join her journey ❤️🔥
