September 15th we will kicking off our Grizzly Kids class. This class is a fun and challenging class for kids of all skills and abilities. All you need to bring is a water bottle and positive attitude.

Details
Tuesdays from 6:00–7:00 PM
Last class is Nov 17th
Kids ages 5 -12
$5 per child for Grizzly Strength members
$10 for non-members

We will focus on bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-ups, plyometrics, speed, and agility. This is a fun, relaxed class that will be challenging for stay-at-home gamers and sports kids alike.

Buckwheat Strongman Classic to Draw Over 50 Athletes from Eight States Sept. 19, 2026 at The Craig Civic Center in Kingwood!

The Buckwheat Strongman Classic kicks off Sept. 19 at 10 a.m., with more than 50 athletes representing eight states competing in five tests of strength and endurance: car deadlift, Wheel of Pain, Hercules hold, wagon wheel axle press, and sled drag.

Spectator tickets are $10 at the door. Come cheer on the athletes and experience the action!

On September 26th we will be at Cleveland Hopkins Airport for the annual Cleveland Plane Pull benefiting Special Olympics Ohio! If you are interested in pulling a Boeing 737 with our team, send us a message! Entry fee is $25 plus we have a minimum fundraising goal of $1200 and we are at 33%

We currently have a team of 10 but can have as many as 20 people pull. Last year 7 of us pulled the plane in 12.59 seconds and this year we're looking to come back strong!
