Just your typical Friday 7:15 am - AWAKE class Breathwork-Cold Plunge-Sauna-Yoga ! We breath together - breathwork 45 minutes- then squat together 200 total! And cold plunge together - 15 minutes total! And amidst it all connect as community and throw in a few songs! Cold 🥶 plunge karaoke 🎤 anyone!!?! Our very own Stef voice of an angel and heart of gold! 💛 Just one month into her membership Breathwork-Cold Plunge-Sauna-Yoga she and her husband are now permanent fixtures in our classes and in our hearts!!! Not sure what we did without them?! Thank you 🙏 for being the best part of Breathwork-Cold Plunge-Sauna-Yoga OUR TRIBE!! And thanks for beautifully distracting us with your rendition of Disney’s Frozen 🥶 IN 42.1 degrees cold plunge! 🤯 perfect theme for BD- LET IT GO - and the cold never bothered me anyway!! Let’s freaking GO!!

When she retired, she was dealing with significant pain and really struggling to sleep. After her first visit to Breathwork-Cold Plunge-Sauna-Yoga , she felt enough of a difference that she knew she needed to incorporate this practice into her life and kept coming back!
Today, her pain is dramatically reduced, she’s sleeping better, and she’s one of our most dedicated members!

Wonderful teacher earlier this week shared something beautiful- you can let the sand bother you or you can pretend it’s like sugar dusting from a sugar cookie!
