A leader asks for feedback on Monday. By Friday, nobody remembers — including the leader. The team learned one thing: don't bother. Yikes! That's what today's episode is about: Presence.
It's not a personality trait. Not on your Myers-Briggs. A skill — which means you don't get to say "that's just not who I am."

I spent two days alongside new teachers at Glen Oak community Learning Center in Peoria illinois. These teachers are doing the hardest job in education-starting! Here's what I know for sure: the teachers who grow the fastest aren't the ones who never struggle; they are the ones who show up and let someone walk beside them while they figure it!
