One of the best parts of Northstar this year was getting to see a familiar face! 💜✨

Wendy and I were so happy to see one of our former Virginia Beach students, now dancing at the Arthur Murray Carmel studio, out on the floor at Northstar!

It’s always special to reconnect with students who have been part of our Arthur Murray family and see them continuing their dance journey wherever life takes them. So great seeing you, and even better seeing you still dancing! 💃🕺

✨ Meet Kamdon! ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Kamdon to the Arthur Murray Dance Studio Virginia Beach family and our Medalist Board!🕺💃🏅

Kamdon actually began his dance journey at another Arthur Murray Dance Studio before making his way to AMVB, and we’re so happy to have him dancing with us!

Here’s what Kamdon had to say about his experience:

"My favorite part about dancing is being able to have fun and connect with other people, it's like learning another language that doesn't require words, as for my dance journey with AMVB while I haven't been at the studio too long, everyone is already pushing me to improve and still allowing me to have fun while doing it, everyone is really nice and is willing to work with you no matter where you are at in your dancing journey and willing to help you with whatever crazy ideas you may have while on it." ❤️

We love seeing students continue their dance journey, challenge themselves, make new connections, and most importantly— have fun along the way! ✨

🪩 What a night for Arthur Murray Virginia Beach! 🏆

For over 10 years, we’ve been proud to be part of Dancing with the Hampton Roads Celebrity Stars, helping raise money for Virginia Musical Theatre and supporting the arts right here in our community.

This event is first and foremost about giving back, and everyone who steps onto that floor is a winner for taking on the challenge and supporting such a great cause. But we have to admit… it’s always pretty nice to walk away with a few trophies too! 🏆✨

At Arthur Murray Virginia Beach, being part of our community means so much more than teaching dance. It means showing up, giving back, supporting one another, and celebrating together.

❄️ August 4th & 5th – Guest Coaching with the amazing Snow Urbin!

🦴 August 15th – Team Virginia Beach is heading to Richmond for Team Match as the Flintstones! Wish our team good luck! 💙

⭐ August 22nd – Come cheer on our incredible dancers at Dancing with the Hampton Roads Celebrity Stars!

✨ Tuesdays at 2:30 PM – Practice Party
✨ Wednesdays at 6:30 PM / 7:15PM – First Steps / Argentine Tango

✨ Fridays – All Levels Group Class followed by our favorite Dance Party at 8:00 PM! 🎉
