Choreographers of Virginia’s Barre Crawl is an annual multi-studio dance workshop bringing together five Hampton Roads studios for five days of classes Aug 17-21 2026. Each night runs 6:00-7:30pm at a different location, covering Modern at Twinkle Toes, Contemporary at Moonlight, Progressive Ballet Technique at Danceland II, Jazz at Music In Motion, and HipHop at Evelyn Ott, with a party wrapping it up Friday until 9pm.

It’s designed as a community builder for dancers of all levels in the region, with the tagline “Because great dancers don’t grow alone.” Pricing is $165 in advance, $190 at the door, or $40 per class. The event rotates across studios in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas, giving participants a chance to train with multiple instructors and styles in one week. A HUGE thank-you to everyone who danced in and supported the studio yesterday at the Choreographers Of Virginia showcase! We loved getting to see the Twinkle Toes family of seniors, alumni, and staff shine onstage, and feeling the warmth from the support system filled our hearts with even more joy! We can’t wait until next year!
