Prenatal series starts in just under three weeks!! It feels surreal how quickly time is passing but how slow each day feels 😅 I’m so looking forward to sharing everything I’ve learned from my prenatal training through Island Prenatal Yoga: Registered Prenatal Yoga School and everything Kim Maugeri Naylor at The Kim Maugeri Naylorth aThe Source Pelvic Health and Wellnessme through in my own pregnancy so far. We’ll spend real time on hip mobility, pelvic floor lengthening, and breathwork, and you’ll leave with a take home packet 🫶🏼

I’ve been so lucky to have wonderful people supporting me through my own journey, and I want that for all of us. I took this training last summer and can’t speak highly enough of Kayce, the dedication and knowledge she has of her craft, and the experience you’re in for if you’re able to join in on this training. There are a few spots left so if you are curious about sound healing and want to dive deeper, there are two routes you can take:
✨ Full Certified Course – Earn a Level 1 Foundation Certificate, ideal for beginners or those seeking professional certification.
✨ Workshop Only – Experience sound healing without certification, with the option to upgrade later.
