NAS oceana is the home of the Man O Wars. We are a competitive VBSL swim team who welcomes ages 4-18.
We are a swim team who provides a great opportunity for kids of all swimming abilities to learn competitive swim, enjoy the summer, meet new friends and get regular exercise. Our regular swim season starts the end of May and concludes in the end of July.

Congratulations to the 2026 All Star swimmers!
đŸ“£Due to the possibility of thunderstorms, we have made a change to our End-of-Season Party. Our End-of-Season Awards & Party has been moved to Wednesday, July 29, from 5:30–8:00 PM at Aeropalms Water Park aboard NAS Oceana.
Practice Schedule for All Stars
Monday, Tuesday (weather permitting), and Thursday
10 & Under: 5:15–6:15 PM
11 & Up: 6:15–7:15 PM
Good afternoon, Man O' Wars!
Due to the weather, we are canceling practice tonight. We want everyone to get some rest, stay safe, and be ready for our meet tomorrow night!
We'll see everyone tomorrow—let's bring the energy and have an awesome meet! More meet info, will come out tomorrow morning along with meet entries, and meet program!
