One month of progress, and you can already see the work starting to pay off. 💪🔥
I’m incredibly proud of this client because this journey is about so much more than just changing how his body looks. Over the last month, he has stayed consistent with his workouts, continued working with a chiropractor to improve how his body moves and feels, and has been putting real effort into better managing his Type 1 diabetes.
There are already noticeable changes in his posture, waistline, overall shape, and muscle definition but what matters most is the commitment behind those changes.
Progress doesn’t always happen overnight, and it definitely isn’t always a straight line. It comes from showing up, making adjustments, learning your body, and continuing to work even when things aren’t perfect.
This is only one month apart. Imagine what continued consistency can do over the next 3, 6, and 12 months. 👏
So proud of the work he’s putting in. We’re just getting started. 💪🩷

đź’Ş The Beginning of a New Phase đź’Ş
These progress pictures mark the official starting point for this client’s next chapter.
For the past two months, we have focused on preparing his body for a bulking program by building consistency, improving movement, and creating a stronger foundation. Tomorrow, he officially begins his new program.
This journey will come with added challenges. He is living with Type 1 diabetes and is still learning how his blood sugar responds to nutrition, training, stress, and recovery. He is also working around spinal issues, which means every exercise must be selected carefully and adjusted when needed.
The goal is not to rush the process or compare his progress to anyone else. The goal is to train safely, build muscle gradually, monitor how his body responds, and remain consistent.
It may not be easy, but progress rarely is. These pictures are not the finished product they are the starting line.
Let the work begin. 🔥

Today this finally became real. 🎓
My diploma came in the mail, and seeing Bachelor of Science, Sports and Health Sciences with my name on it hit different.
This journey was not easy. It came with late nights, long days, military life, mom life, work, setbacks, stress, and moments where I had to remind myself why I started. But I kept going.
I am proud of this because I earned it. Every assignment, every discussion post, every sacrifice, every “I’m tired but I’m still doing it” moment led to this.
This is more than a piece of paper. It is proof that discipline, patience, and determination pay off.
Bachelor’s degree: complete.
Next chapter: loading. 💪🎓
