🤸 TRI-JUDGES CUP 2026

Congratulations to all of our gymnasts who competed this past weekend! We could not be more proud of our Bronze, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 gymnasts at their first meet of the season!

For many of our gymnasts, this was their very first competition ever! We are so proud of all the hard work, courage, and confidence they showed out on the competition floor.

What a great way to start the season! We can’t wait to see what the rest of the season brings. 💙 Thank you Scamps gymnastics for hosting!

Wrapped up summer with a splash!

What an amazing summer of camps! From gymnastics and games to field trips, activities, and so much more, we loved having all of the kiddos spend their summer with us.

A huge thank you to all of our families for joining us and to our coaches for making each camp so much fun. We loved watching the kids make new friends, try new things, and create so many great memories along the way.

Many of our Team Capital athletes attended the UW Whitewater Gymnastics Camp this summer and had an incredible time! It has been so much fun seeing them come back excited to show off their new leotards, new skills, and everything they learned throughout the week.

Join us for a clinic focused on one of the most important foundational skills on bars. Whether your gymnast is working toward their first pullover or looking to improve technique and confidence, this clinic provides individualized coaching in a fun and supportive environment.

Open to ages 5 to 18, and current Capital Gymnastics enrollment is not required.
