We’re so excited for the new season! 😀

Although it’s not officially fall 🍁, we’re celebrating back to school and back-to-a-regular schedule season with a new Meditative Flow class starting Tuesday at 6 pm, a fall sound bath on Friday night, October 16 and a 10-pack class special. If you haven’t been to the studio, we can’t wait for you to see it. Even though it’s close to home, it feels like you’ve been transported. We can’t wait to see what it looks like with the leaves changing.

We have classes through Thursday at our current space and then we’ll be moving over to our new studio at 3 Claridge Drive near Claridge apartments. Can’t wait to show everyone the new space. First class at the new studio is on 2/1 with Meredith on Sunday at 9 am.
