Are you looking for our year-round Skills Development Academy or our 7-week Basketball League?

🏀 Year-Round Skills Development Academy
Our academy runs all year and is designed to help players continuously improve their basketball skills.

* 2 practices per week (8 sessions per month)
* Each practice is 1 full hour
* Players develop:
* Ball handling (dribbling)
* Shooting
* Defense
* Conditioning
* Basketball IQ and fundamentals
* Discipline, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship
* Social skills and making new friends

Registration Fee: $60 (one-time)
Includes:

* Practice jersey
* 2 academy T-shirts
* Basketball bag

Monthly Tuition: $150/month

* No long-term commitment
* Cancel anytime

🏀 Vero Knights Basketball League
Our developmental league is offered twice a year (April and September).

* 7-game season
* 1 game per week
* Players compete against others with similar skill levels in a fun and organized environment.

League Fee: $60
Includes:

* Official game jersey

Please note: The league fee covers games only and does not include Skills Development Academy practices.

Please let me know your child’s age and basketball experience, and I’ll be happy to recommend the best program for them!

Every Monday & Wednesday

👦 Group 1: Beginners (Ages 6–11)
🕕 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Focus: Fundamentals, coordination, and learning the game

🏀 Group 2: Advanced (Ages 9–13)
🕖 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Focus: Skill development, game IQ, and competition

🔥 Group 3: Middle & High School
🕗 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Focus: Advanced training, strength, speed, and game preparation

Second Thursday of basketball. If you want to play basketball 35 and over. Let’s do it !!

Reminder if you are 35 years old or older. We are starting pick up games at south county part right behind the IG center. Thursdays at 6:30pm let’s get it!!! We are gathering a group so we can start once a week then so better things after. Have fun and sweat a little be.
