During a 90-minute collaborative training, they focused on developing as a team in: ENERGY * EXPRESSION * COMFORT * CONNECTION *MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING *

We exceeded our minimum Sync Standard of 10% improvement in the group’s Sync Score and they now have baseline data to begin their journey towards elite level cohesion.

Each session includes a 10 page Executive Summary for those who are serious about improving culture.
