Before Amayah, I had more time in the gym because I share 50/50 custody with her dad. So I had more time for content, gym, clients, ME. But now, being a “full-time” mama to Amayah, I don’t want to make content. I want to get it done and be done with it. 😭

Happy Father’s Day to the man I fell in love with and the incredible father our babies get to call Dad.
