ONE IN A THOUSAND Of every thousand people who enter martial arts schools, half drop out within the first six months of training. Two hundred will complete a year before giving up. Fifty will reach the second year, and only ten will complete the third year of training. Fewer than six will earn the coveted first-degree black belt, and only three the second-degree... And of those three, ONE will become a Teacher/ Sensei/ Sabomnim/ Guru/ Cikgu.
