EARLY BIRD ENDS IN 5️⃣ DAYS! 🌴☀️

Lift Run Hang 2026 will take place October 3rd at historic Muscle Beach in Venice. This event is silly and fun and you won’t want to miss it. To give you an idea, there are trophies for 13th Place Male, 13th Place Female, Best Dressed, and Furthest Traveled 😅

The event is three parts:

🏋️‍♂️ Event 1 - LIFT: Beginners are welcome! It’s an unsanctioned power-only weightlifting meet! That means no squatting is allowed for three attempts in the power sn**ch and three attempts in the power clean and jerk!

🏃‍♀️ Event 2 - RUN: The beach run is just long enough to feel like you did something and just short enough that we all can do it! The 2-mile scenic route will take participants to the end of the Venice pier and back! 

🍻 Event 3 - HANG: This is the fan favorite! It’s a beer garden social event at the DEUCE Campus for food, cold drinks, and solid hangs.

All participants get $50 cash to the STRIKE MVMNT Pocket Shop on the DEUCE ™ Campus 👟🧢🩳
